Our core product is custom AI-generated art. Because every pet portrait is entirely uniquely generated by an AI pipeline mapped to your specific photo upload, the colors, final framing, artistic liberties, and styling of the generated masterpiece and printed canvas will vary. You acknowledge that AI generation intrinsically produces artistically unique images that may not 100% physically emulate the exact structural boundaries of the uploaded image. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
By uploading photos of your pet to our Service, you grant PawMonarch a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and create derivative works (including AI-generated portraits) from those images.
Furthermore, you grant PawMonarch permission to use the final, generated pet portraits for our own marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and digital advertisements. We will never use your personal identifying information (such as your full name or address) in conjunction with these marketing materials without explicit separate consent.
Opting Out: We deeply respect your privacy and the special bond you have with your pet. If you prefer that we do not use your pet's uploaded photos or the resulting generated portraits in our marketing materials, you may opt-out at any time. Simply email us at support@pawmonarch.com with the subject line "Marketing Opt-Out" and include your Order Number, and we will permanently exclude your assets from our public portfolios and campaigns.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.
